Parts Specialists duties include:

-Provide parts to customers and the service department from our inventory.

-Provide estimates to customers and service department.

-Look up parts using computer systems.

-Create purchase orders & communicate with vendors for non-stock parts.

-Create & send out sales order for parts sales.

-Assistance in maintaining parts inventory.

-Assist with processing invoices.

Fire industry experience is highly preferred, however we willing to train an entry level person that fits our needs for the role. Candidates must possess strong communication and skills as the position requires constant dialogue with customers as well as service management.

We’re hiring a Factory Sales Support Representative in Bradenton/Clearwater area of Florida. The candidate chosen for this role will represent valued customers for Fire & Safety Services and several other Pierce dealers at Pierce Manufacturing plant in Bradenton and Frontline Communications facility in Clearwater, Florida.

• This Factory Sales Support Representative will take and manage photography for new apparatus currently in production; review content during build process for accuracy and, where applicable, proper operation; work with sales reps and customers in reviewing “gig list” write-ups during walk-arounds at final inspection; and review completed gig list items to clear/release with sales organization’s consent.  
• This employee must have technical knowledge apparatus knowledge; ability to capably operate a digital camera, have excellent organizational skills, work efficiently, have good interpersonal skills, and be able to conduct themselves professionally in all situations.
• Fire Fighter or EMT background and or Product/Industry knowledge of Fire Equipment is preferred.
• This role will require flexible hours during the weekdays, 8am – 4pm.  May also require occasional weekend hours to release apparatus in a timely manner.
